In a world overflowing with food fables and conspiracies, Albert Heijn saw an opportunity to sift fact from fiction and help people make more informed choices in the supermarket.

That’s why we created a YouTube series, hosted by Lize Korpershoek, to tackle some of the most pressing questions people have about what they eat. Each episode dives into a new topic—sourced by asking the community on social media.

Our goal? To showcase that Albert Heijn has everything you need. From bread and eggs to endless food expertise.
